The Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Think of the MLS as the “Central Hub” for all Realtor listings. It’s the exclusive source for thousands of agents in CT, used to search available homes for their buyers. We cover all of Connecticut and will place your listing in the appropriate MLS for your home. The MLS sends listing data to many websites through “Feeds” provided to various real estate portals. This is the most powerful tool in gaining statewide exposure!
Broker / Agent Network (IDX)
Once listed on the MLS your property will be syndicated to thousands of broker, agent, and franchise websites through the Internet Data Exchange Network or IDX. This includes sites like Remax.com, PrudentialCT.com, Raveis.com, KellerWilliams.com, Weichert.com, WilliamPitt.com, and hundreds of individual broker sites through IDX feeds like ours!
